My family loves tacos! And, I love tacos because they are easy and naturally gluten-free. Since today is Cinco de Mayo, I got to wondering about the corn tortillas that I use in our tacos. I prefer white corn and my GF son prefers yellow corn tortillas. I looked them up but couldn’t seem to find a difference other than the fact that one uses white corn and the other uses yellow corn. So, my question to you is does it matter which one you use? Is one better for those on a gluten-free diet? Which one do you prefer? Please share your thoughts. Happy Cinco de Mayo!
